Shipping: In most cases, orders received before 1:30 pm (PT) will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 1:30 pm (PT) will be shipped the following day. Eyelid Implants are shipped FedEx 2 Day Air. Blinkeze^® External Lid Weights, sizing sets, and EyeClose^® adhesive strips are shipped FedEx Ground and typically arrive in 5-7 business days. Upon request, we can arrange next day or overnight delivery for any of our products. Additional shipping charges will apply

Blinkeze^®: Ordering Blinkeze External Lid Weights requires faxing a completed BLINKEZE PHYSICIAN ORDER FORM and PATIENT PRESCRIPTION to MedDev. The form authorizes the patient to place an order directly by calling MedDev or the doctor’s office can place an order. For more information on prescribing Blinkeze External Lid Weights please refer to ‘Ordering Questions’ on the Blinkeze product FAQ page.

Packaging: MedDev eyelid implants are packaged in individually sealed, STERILE, double-peel pouches. The packaging is marked on the end panel of the outer package with the expiration date. MedDev eyelid implants are intended for single use only. Do NOT re-sterilize. Do not use if the packaging is opened or damaged.

MedDev Complimentary Re-sterilization Program: Unopened, undamaged MedDev eyelid implants in the original factory sealed box that have not yet expired can be returned to MedDev for re-sterilization to the three-year sterile dating at no charge. The implants must be received to MedDev at least 30 days prior to the expiration date on the outer package label. Refer to MedDev Re-sterilization Policy or contact our customer service staff for more details.

Returns: In some cases, MedDev eyelid implants can be returned, but you MUST first receive approval and a Returned Goods Authorization. More information can be found on MedDev Return Policy.

For Patients

Blinkeze^® External Lid Weights require a doctor’s prescription and authorization to order directly from MedDev Corporation.  The prescription will specify the weight and skin tone color. Once MedDev receives your prescription and doctors’ authorization you can then contact MedDev customer service staff to place your order. The treatment kit will also include 100 hypoallergenic adhesive strips (approximate 3-month supply) and an application mirror. Additional adhesive strips (100 strips) can be ordered at the time of your initial order.

In some cases, Blinkeze External Lid Weights can be returned (within the first 30 days only) for a different weight in the same skin tone color, but you MUST first receive approval and a Returned Goods Authorization. The new weight will require MedDev receive a new prescription from your doctor.
