Blinkeze®
Blinkeze External Lid Weights are a non-invasive option to providing supportive eye care for patients suffering from facial paralysis. Blinkeze can be used in patients with temporary paralysis or as a bridge to a surgical solution.
The weight adheres to the patient’s eyelid and uses gravity to gently close the upper eyelid when the patient looks down or when the eyelid muscle is relaxed.
Blinkeze External Lid Weights are manufactured from 99.99% pure tantalum, a dense metal with high biocompatibility. They are available in a variety of colors to match a patient’s skin tone and come in a treatment kit that includes 100 double-sided hypoallergenic adhesive strips for attaching the weight, a mirror and easy-to-understand instructions.

Contour Eyelid Weight Implant
The Contour Eyelid Weight Implant features a proprietary three-dimensional design that conforms to the curvature of the eye.
ThinProfile Eyelid Weight Implant
The ThinProfile Eyelid Weight Implant, is noticeably thinner than the popular Contour implant. The ThinProfile is the thinnest implant available and provides the most aesthetically pleasing outcome.
Tantalum Eyelid Weight Sizing Set
The Tantalum Eyelid Weight Sizing Set allows physicians to determine the appropriate weight size for a given patient when selecting either MedDev internal or external eyelid weights.
Each set includes a selection of polished tantalum eyelid sizing weights, 100 EyeClose Adhesive strips and a Skin Tone Selector Card all in a convenient case. Additional EyeClose Adhesive strips can be ordered separately.
The Tantalum Eyelid Weight Sizing Set allows the physician to determine the correct sizing preoperatively. They also allow the patient to better understand how the weights will feel and function. The sets are reusable and not intended for implantation.
The sets are made from 99.9% tantalum with a polished finish. The Standard Set contains seven weights ranging in size from 0.6g to 1.8g in increments of 0.2g. The Special Set includes five weights ranging from 2.0g to 2.8g also in 0.2g increments.
